Ike Dinobi - Principal Partner
I graduated from Skidmore College in 2004 with a business degree. The biggest lesson I learned, besides the ability to process information, was embedded in the school's mantra, "Creative Thought Matters."
In May of 2007, I got my real estate agent license, and quickly got a reputation as an agent that came up with creative solutions for my buyers, renters and most importantly, my landlords and sellers.
Though I've achieved a lot of success as a broker, nothing had crowned my achievements more than my decision to take the quantum leap from broker to owner in January of 2020.
In life, we are often told that opportunity strikes, but once. I think the premise behind that statement is false. I believe that most people simply need to learn to see through the many disguises of opportunity: Creative thinking and deal structuring give us the platform needed to do just that.
Co-opting the mantra of my alma mater into my real-estate investing world, I was able to develop the Dinobi Capital mantra - Creative Financing Matters.
I, along with my staff at Dinobi Capital, look forward to partnering with you on our next deal.

We tap into our ever growing network of real estate professionals to source, syndicate and close on the acquisition of multifamily real estate.
We joint venture with our network of investors that become equity partners in the deals we source.
The net operating income from the property yields a cash flow return for the investors, while the sale of the property yields a capital return.
The investment group controls larger properties by leveraging the real estate. For example. You can own an $80MM property by putting down $20MM.
